I liked all the movies from "Just Yellow" and I kind of waited for this movie but was surprised as this movie did not get any good reviews.
Finally I decided to give it a try as my weekend was boring and I was not disappointed at all.
Katha is a sensible thriller and if you want to take a break from the routine tollywood movies then this is the movie for you.
The first half is used to establish the characters and develop the intimacy between the lead pair.
The story develops pace in the second half and it keeps you on the edge of your seat towards the climax.
Genelia looked beautiful and acted well as a psychiatric patient.
The hero has mixed features of Ram and Sharvanand and his role and acting were decent.
The friends of hero were used to provide humor.
Prakash Raj and Shafi were ok.
The best part of this movie are the dialogues which were short and very witty.
The first song comes when you least expect it but its picturised well.
Watch this movie if u have nothing to do and u will not regret watching it for sure.
If u want me to say about this movie in two words then I would say 'Simply Superb.'
I was looking forward to watch this movie for a long time on dvd as I missed it in cinemas and I had some expectations on this movie right from the start and this movie didnt disappoint me.
The story is simple...its about a rich spoilt brat who discovers himself with the help of a girl.
Ranbir kapoor suited the role so perfect that I couldnt even imagine someone else in his role.
Konkan Sen was good and she looked beautiful in some scenes.
Those who played the role of Ranbir's friends did well.
All the songs are good and the background score,especially towards the end is very good.
I would like to mention certain scenes which I liked very much..
1.The opening scene in which Ranbir tries to concentrate on his studies in vain.
2.The scene when Ranbir asks one of his classmates why she hates him so much and the explanation given by her to him.
3.The climax where Ranbir comes to know Konkana's love on him through her story in a magazine.
The director needs to be praised for making such a natural and sensible movie in an entertaining way.
Watch it for sure if u have not yet watched it.
I waited eagerly to watch this movie as I like Megan Fox and the trailer was interesting but I was very disappointed after watching it.
The plot is very stupid and boring.Its about a girl who turns into a demon and feeds on people.
Megan Fox is very sexy in this movie and she suited the role well.
Amanda Seyfried's acting was good.
Watch this movie if you are a Megan Fox fan ore else avoid it by all means.Just watch the trailer for the good scenes.
This movie can be considered a sequel to The Fast And The Furious movie which was released about 5 years back.The two movies that released after this movie(2 fast 2 furious and Tokyo Drift) had no relation to the first one.
The opening chase sequence is very well shot.The car race scene in the middle and the climax are good.
The story is basically a revenge plot where Vin Diesel takes revenge on those who killed his girl friend.The twist about the villain is good
Vin Diesel and Paul Walker did good.The heroine has very less footage in this movie.
If u like action flicks coupled with racing,then give this one a try and you will not be disappointed.
Arya 2 is not a bad movie but if u compare it with the original you may get disappointed.
The storyline is okay but the narration slows down especially in the second half which has no relation at all with the first half.
The characterisation of the hero is complex but I feel that the director failed to convince the audience with such character of the hero.
I wonder why heroine has such stupid characterisation in all of Sukumar's movies.In this movie I couldn't understand when or why she falls in love with Navadeep's character.Even towards in the climax I felt that the heroine has more sympathy than love towards Arya's character.
Allu Arjun did well,especially his dances were superb.Lookout for his moves in the third song.
I didnt like his hairstyle...it could have been better.
Kajal looked beautiful but her character was a big letdown.
Navadeep was okay.
Cinematography deserves a special mention and its very good.
All the songs were picturiesed very well.The so hyped 'Ringa Ringa' song failed to evoke the expected reaction.
Watch this movie for its songs,cinematography and dont expect much from the story so that you will not leave the theatre disappointed.
